As a customer who purchased a tour appointment on this website, you have the right to cancel your order any time without providing an explanation.

In case of cancelation, funds will be returned using the same method as during the original purchase within 15 business days from the acceptance of the cancelation request. Please note that refunds will be processed at the following percentages based on the time of your cancellation:

• Cancelation more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment: 100% of the total amount will be refunded.
• Cancelation between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled appointment: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
• Cancelation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment : 0% of the total amount will be refunded.

Reservations made through an intermediary are subject to the Cancelation Policy of the intermediary through which the reservation was made.

Each cancellation request is subject to a request processing fee of EUR 5.69 + VAT per ticket.

This Cancelation Policy is an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions.
