GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These general terms of use apply to all services provided by El Dorum, including the use of the official website at eldorum.eu.
Exceptionally from the above, these General Terms and Conditions do not apply if El Dorum has established an individual written contract with the customer.
El Dorum reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
PURCHASE AND RESERVATION OF SERVICES
Reservations of services are made through this website, through intermediary sites or by agreement by directly contacting El Dorum.
The customer undertakes to read and comply with all provisions of these General Terms of Use when using the services.
When booking a service, each customer agrees that they have read and understood these General Terms of Use and that they will comply with them when using El Dorum services.
The service is considered purchased (reserved) at the time of payment of funds to EL Dorum’s account.
In order to confirm the order, El Dorum issues an invoice to the customer to the e-mail address provided by the customer when purchasing the service no later than 24 hours after receiving payment for the ordered service.
The customer is obliged to enter a valid e-mail address that he can access independently. In the event of a change of e-mail address, the customer is obliged to inform El Dorum and provide a valid e-mail address.
The customer has the right to cancel services purchased through the eldorum.eu website or through an intermediary.
The buyer is obliged to inform El Dorum about the cancelation of the purchase via the official email address cancelation@eldorum.com
When canceling a purchased service through the eldorum.eu website, the customer has the right to a refund of the funds paid in accordance with the time in which he submitted the notice of cancelation of the purchase as follows:
- Cancelation more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment: 100% of the total amount will be refunded.
- Cancelation between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled appointment: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
- Cancelation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment : 0% of the total amount will be refunded.
In case of cancelation of a service purchased through an intermediary, the Cancelation Policy defined by the intermediary is applied.
El Dorum reserves the right to cancel the provision of services in case of extraordinary circumstances.
In case of cancelation of service provision by El Dorum, El Dorum undertakes to inform customers about the cancelation via the contact information provided when booking the service (e-mail address or phone number).
In case of cancelation of service provision by El Dorum, El Dorum undertakes to return the full amount of the purchased service to the customer using the method by which the payment for the purchase of the service was originally made or to offer an alternative term for the service provision.
El Dorum undertakes to return the funds paid in accordance with the previously mentioned conditions within 15 working days from the time when the branch of the ordered service was scheduled.
INSURANCE
We strongly recommend having travel insurance. It is the responsibility of the Customers to ensure that they obtain adequate travel and medical insurance cover. The Customers are covered by all-risk insurance while they are on the tour. However, they are solely responsible for providing insurance protection which has various requirements depending on the activity on the tour.
No previous experience is required for the purchase of our services. Participants are solely responsible for being in adequate health and physical condition to participate in our services, and to have the necessary basic level of fitness corresponding to the reserved activity. Each activity has an indicated planned time of activity and rest time.
Clients are required to be able to swim and behave at sea properly if they attend our water services or excursions which include swimming.
All clients participate at our services at their own risk.
El Dorum provides basic insurance against third parties in the event of accidents or injuries during the execution of our services.
Clients are advised to have additional insurance in case of accidents or injuries.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
All services are used at your own risk. El Dorum and EL Dorum employees are not responsible for injuries, damage to property and/or rights of the customer, loss of things, delay or cost caused to the customer or user of the service.
Exceptionally from the above, EL Dorum is liable if such injury, loss, illness, delay or expense results from proven negligence or intentional action or omission of the Company.
El Dorum does not guarantee the accuracy of all information provided on the website.
SPECIAL NEEDS
Any disability requiring special attention must be reported at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of disabled participants; however, we are not responsible for any denial of services by carriers. A qualified and physically able companion must accompany travelers who need assistance.
COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT
Upon completion of the service, the customer is obliged to return all equipment in the same condition as when the equipment was taken over.
In case of noticing irregularities and/or defects in the equipment, the customer is obliged to inform the tour leader about the observed defects.
Any loss or damage to equipment or property will be the responsibility of the Customer and all replacement and repair costs will be charged in full. El Dorum does not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of personal property belonging to Customer or their guests.
PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
The customer agrees to be photographed and/or recorded during the service. The customer agrees that the audiovisual materials created when using the service are used for the purpose of promoting the service provider.
The customer has the right to request the removal of only those audiovisual materials on which he is personally present or on which a person over whom he has custody rights is present.
In case of the desire to remove audiovisual materials, the customer is obliged to submit a written request to the e-mail address cancelation@eldorum.eu
PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS
All prices on the page are expressed in euros (EUR) and the user’s account will be debited in the specified currency.
When debiting your credit card, the same amount is converted to your local currency at the credit card association’s exchange rate. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.
PRIVACY POLICY AND DATA PROCESSING TERMS
The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these General Terms of Use and is available on the page. When browsing the site and using the services, it is considered that the customer is familiar with the Privacy Policy and undertakes to comply with all provisions of the Privacy Policy.
PRAVO NA PRITUŽBU
The customer has the right to submit a complaint using the complaint form or in writing by sending a complaint using the complaint form.
